So, we left the PCH behind and ventured in to San Francisco.
Although we simply drove through, I got to see a good portion of Downtown SF, and of course, the Golden Gate Bridge.
We managed to make it to Medford, OR, before stopping for the night.
Next day – Portland. We hit up Voodoo Doughnut, which is this world famous doughnut place. It’s earned its reputation, they’re seriously nice!
So I didn’t just photograph Formula D last week. On the drive up to Seattle, I documented everywhere we went.
I headed up in a caravan with Drew, driving the OMGElement.
Ross Fairfield in our car, a Lexus driven by our friend Brandon.
We headed up Highway 101, and then detoured and took the PCH up to San Francisco.
The wildlife along the way was pretty cool.
Especially the elephant seals which were mating along the coast.
They’re such gigantic animals, seeing them fight was incredible.
The PCH is such a stunning road. I’ll have to drive it myself one day.
Out the apartment at 6.30am this morning. So worth it.
We went out to pick up this beauty. My friend is taking it on as a restoration project. I’m very, very jealous.
There’s so much history in this E Type. It’s times like this that it occurs to me that I live a pretty cool life!
I took these shortly before the rioting started. The heavy traffic from the Art Gallery Walk made for some pretty brilliant long exposure light trails.
